Job Responsibilities:

- To handle internal and external customers, which including both Retail outlet and franchisees enquiries completely, accurately and feedback on time.
- To handle the ordering, stocks replenishment, delivery status, defective stocks and other related issues.
- To work closely with Purchasing and Warehouse Departments with Customers enquiries on delivery and ordering status.

- Handle whole group reconcile of ERP open statement (account receivable) and daily closing statement. Checking and perform the ERP Cash Receipt Journal with knock off the transaction.
- Handle whole group petty cash. Checking and issue petty cash approval form to all branches.
