Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be excited as we are with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item (we understand your change of mind, we’re human too), we are here to help, subject to the following conditions:

   - Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of received, together with proof of purchase (Tax Invoice).
   - Item(s) must be unused and unopened (for contact lenses) with all original tags/labels attached, with no scratch, damage or breakage of any kind.
   - Refund is available for all products, EXCEPT prescription glasses.

For Return & Exchange:

3. We take 7-10 business days to process the return and exchange items
4. Once verified, we will proceed to send the new items to you


For Refund:

If you meet all the requirements as above and wish to proceed, please follow the steps as below:

4. Once verified, we will proceed to refund the payment to you in store credit
5. The payment will be credited back to your account based on your payment method at the time of purchase subject to refund reason.

Important: What I need to know?

- It is compulsory to submit the Return Form for any Return, Refund or Exchange – this is to fasten the processing time
- We will not be responsible for any loss / damage of parcels during delivery process from you to us.
- The delivery charges for returns will be borne by you (Except for drop off using Collectco)
- For received of faulty / damage product, you may opt to choose from either ONE (1) option, which may include:


   Refunding the purchase price, OR
   Providing a replacement of same product (The faulty / damage product has to be returned to us with proof of purchase.)
