As a successful entrepreneur, Dato' CL Liaw has set up his very first Focus Point Vision Care outlet in Muar, Johor in year 1989. Now, he's reached the top from a humble beginning and he has built up Focus Point Vision Care Group and owned more than 100 outlets in Malaysia!
While the first Focus Point Care Group had neither an elaborate setup nor product range, it marked the beginning of a company that had unfailingly served its community for 2 decades and counting.
From the day the outlet opened its doors for business, the founders have made great efforts to establish an image which every staff member still holds dear to their hearts– A TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION VISION CARE STORE. To Dato' Liaw, customers did not simply walk into the shop for a pair of frames or lenses; they came for advice and professional knowledge.
With this conviction, Dato' Liaw saw his vision coming into focus; the formation of an optical-store chain serving the eye care needs of the nation was well on the way.
