OPTOMETRIST / OPTICIANS

Responsibilities:

To conduct eye refraction professionally
Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
To ensure accuracy of refraction skill
Willingness to learn, unlearn and relearn
To expert in fitting all types of contact lenses
Highly adaptable and mobile
To explain & advice to every patient on the progress and result of testing
Highly dynamic with high ambitions
To follow up with special cases for special customer
Active in extra-curricular activities is an add advantage
To solve customer's complaints, patient & wisely

SUPERVISORS

Responsibilities:

to assist BM on daily activities
to arrange the workshop activities according to the delivery date
to oversee the duties carried out by the S.A
to email data to HQ as early as possible
to assist BA in planning and management work
to oversee the daily sales and to be at the outlet all the time
to QC/check the workmanship of the glasses done by the staff correctly

SALES ASSISTANTS

Responsibilities:

to start with daily cleaning work of all area in outlet
to arrange the products neatly and properly
daily stock count for frames and sunglasses when appointed
to in charge of cashier counter when appointed
to perform duty in the workshop to grind lenses arranged by supervisor
to do filing of forms (PG/CL)
to receive parcels or documents and do the necessary follow up
to get ready for sales all the time
to perform computerized eye test
to fill up the PG or CL form and follow up
to provide support during business

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Personality:

STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to communicate in Chinese dialects is an added advantage
Outspoken with excellent interpersonal skills
Posses high integrity and initiative
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
