Business Development Executive
Responsibilities :
•  Assist the Manager in business development especially in gathering data for feasibility studies based on the guidance given
•  Assist the senior management in identifying, managing and defining sensible business opportunities and marketing strategies
•  Develop marketing and promotional strategies and the overall product and brand management
•  Provide the necessary corporate presentation of our products and services to prospective business partners or potential customers
•  Develop relationships with corporate customers

Requirements :
•  Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Mass Communication/Marketing or any related discipline
•  Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
•  Computer literate

FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT Executive
Responsibilities :
• To promote the company’s franchise investment programme jointly with Marketing & Promotion through public relations activities, franchise exhibitions and road shows.
• To assist prospective franchisees for business plan preparation.
• To guide prospective franchisees for financial support from financial institutions.
• To monitor the performance of the franchisees in terms of efficiency in financial (sales and profits), operations and customer
  service through regular inspectorate visits.

Requirements :
•  Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Mass Communication/Marketing or any related discipline
•  Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
•  Computer literate
•  Possess good interpersonal, strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills

IT Executive
Responsibilities :

•  Support daily operation of IT including backend batch processing, in-house software support (.NET), network troubleshooting (i.e. single PC problems or printer settings for end users) and outlet software/hardware related support
•  Oversee the entire daily operational issues of the POS system such as data integrity and validation problems, reporting, training, new system enhancement testing, upgrades and deployment, etc.
•  Assist in the deployment of the new ERP system
•  Assist in PC hardware or software procurement i.e. POs and invoicing and manage and handle ISO related documents

Requirements :
•  At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent qualification
•  At least 1 year of experience in a related field
•  Preferably Junior Executives specialising in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
•  Preferably conversant in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects
•  Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold the relevant residence status

Finance Executive
Responsibilities :

•  Handle monthly accounts closing and review to ensure entries are captured correctly
•  Handle accounts payable or receivable
•  Handle accounting functions of payments or receipts
•  Handle full set of accounts and monthly management reports
•  Handle year end internal and external audit/tax reporting/government returns

Requirements :
•  Diploma/Degree in Accounting and/or any recognised professional Accounting qualification
•  Preferable Chinese female
•  Preferably with 1 - 2 years of related experience
•  Possess good leadership, analytical and strong interpersonal skills
•  A team player who is results oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure

BRANCH MANAGER
Responsibilities:

•   To lead the team to achieve the sales target
•   To be responsible and run the outlet business operations
•   To do daily and monthly planning and management work
•   To monitor and liaise with the supplier or HQ in ordering stocks
•   To handle and solve complaints from the customer

Requirements:
•   Minimum SPM/STPM qualification and above
•   Excellent selling skills, customer oriented, dynamic and proactive
•   Good Communication Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese dialects is an added advantage
•   Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in optical business or optical retail chain stores
•   Computer literate

OPTOMETRIST/OPTICIAN
Requirements :

•  For Optometrist - Degree in Optometric/Ophthalmic Optics
•  For Optician - FBDO/Diploma in Optician/Diploma in Optometry
•  Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to communicate in Chinese dialects is an added advantage
•  Customer oriented, dynamic and proactive with good interpersonal skills
•  Willing to work on shifts, long hours and relocate to any division of our retail chain store
